Developing SCALAR end to end: Risk-Based Inspection, inspection data management, Fitness-for-Service and pipeline integrity on a single data model.
Implemented RBI to API 580/581 — qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative assessment with POF/COF and inspection-interval optimisation.
Built FFS assessment to API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 and pipeline integrity workflows to ASME B31G, Modified B31G and RSTRENG.

Ran AI-assisted corrosion inspection — smooth corrosion, blistering, pitting, exfoliation and flaking — with blister-height and pit-depth via the Maximum Blister Height (MBH) tool.
Built and labelled training datasets for semantic segmentation in CNNs for corrosion prediction.
Worked on SaaS condition-monitoring products turning 360° visual data into scanned digital twins of offshore oil & gas platforms.
Identified and reported dead legs and material-failure risks from large-scale visual data on Abyss Fabric.
